"Y'all Just Go Work That Out!" Is That Helpful Here?

Updated: May 4

Have you ever had to go to court for an issue and had your attorneys tell you and the opposing party to go in a room together and "just work it out?" As if you ended up in court because the thought of just talking to the other party never occurred to you. Sometimes a situation can get so hostile that the last place you need to be is in a closed room with the other party. Every now and again, the sight of the other party can stir up enough anger and resentment that it can make the whole process anxiety-inducing and impossible to collaborate on.

That usually leads to paying more money to the attorneys, paying court costs, waiting in limbo for a court date, and feeling more anger and more angst. And at the end of it all, someone who does not know you and may not have the time to even hear you out, decides what is best for you.

The good news is that does not have to be the way your civil complaint ends. Here at Bespoke Mediation Group, LLC, we practice mediation differently. Our principal mediator has a background in psychology (people), and our main concern is what concerns you. When you schedule mediation with us, we reserve that entire day (though you may not need it) to make sure we never rush you to make a decision and we hear any concerns you feel are pertinent to the dispute.

Additionally, you can choose to negotiate through the mediator alone, meaning you will not have to speak to or listen to the other party. This can decrease any feelings of anxiety or hostility and allow both parties to focus on the resolution.

It is our goal to help you and the other party reach your chosen resolution privately, cost effectively, and as peacefully as possible. We've all ended up in situations that we needed help getting out of. We're here to help you get through this as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Schedule your mediation for a virtual general civil dispute with us today.
