Our Mission

Our mission at Bespoke Mediation Group is simple: to provide high-quality services for all clients. Our mission as divorce mediators is to provide a safe, respectful, and compassionate space for couples to negotiate the terms of their divorce. We strive to empower both parties to reach an agreement that is in their best interests, while taking into account the unique concerns, needs, and interests of both parties. We understand the emotional and financial difficulties that come with divorce, and we strive to provide our clients with the knowledge and support they need to make wise decisions for their future.
Our Story
Bespoke Mediation Group (BMG) is a virtual mediation practice offering professional alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services for general civil disputes and domestic relations. We empower clients to resolve their disputes privately, cost-effectively, and efficiently.

BMG specializes in 100% virtual mediation for convenience that extends to people who have transportation issues, live in rural areas, or safety concerns. Closed-captioning is available for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Mediation is confidential. We understand how important privacy can be when facing civil and domestic disputes. Additionally, we offer coaching services to give you the tools necessary to improve your conflict resolution skills and get the most out of your mediation sessions.
Founder Story
Dr. Se'Lena Wingfield started her private virtual mediation practice while completing her Ph.D. in General Psychology. She specializes in Trauma & Disaster Relief and is acutely aware of how much of an impact trauma and conflict in various forms can have on individuals.

Her journey to her doctorate began on the heels of a divorce that gave her the opportunity to be the hero that she needed as a newly single mother of three little girls. Though the divorce experience forced her to repeatedly represent herself in a court of law and defend herself in the court of public opinion, she found freedom, autonomy, peace, and happiness in her new status. She was able to "pull herself up by her bootstraps" and found the experience empowering and rewarding. Her only regret was that she did not do it sooner.

Years later, one of her daughters became a family law attorney and informed Dr. Se'Lena about the process of mediation (alternative dispute resolution). Dr. Se'Lena was excited to know that she could help others go through the process of divorce without suffering the high financial costs, long wait, and emotional strain of numerous courtroom appearances. She specializes in virtual mediation to further assist clients experiencing high conflict.

Dr. Se'Lena is a lifelong learner and continuously seeks out new training and professional development. She has recently obtained a Scrum Master certification and several Google Project Manager course certifications. When Dr. Se'Lena is not mediating or coaching, she teaches various psychology subjects and conducts independent research.
