Service Description

Online mediation at BMG is an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process guided by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR). An independent third party, our professional mediator, facilitates conversations that assist the people in a dispute in reaching a legally-binding agreement that resolves or manages conflict.

Cancellation Policy

After scheduling a session, you must notify the Bespoke Mediation Group, LLC within three (3) business days prior to your mediation date to cancel or postpone. All parties must agree to the rescheduling of the session. Failure to appear at the mediation or failure to reschedule less than 48 business hours prior to the above date will result in the assessment of a cancellation fee of $300.00 to the canceling party or parties.
