Your Virtual Mediation Process

1. SCHEDULE MEDIATION

Once you and the other party have agreed to mediate, you will book your mediation here.

Your booking page will offer you the opportunity to “add your message.” This is where you will give us a brief overview of your concerns. We will use this information to determine how best to set up and conduct your mediation.

3. ON MEDIATION DAY

Both parties will have time to discuss your concerns and suggestions at length to create a long-term or short-term resolution that works for you.

Depending on the dispute, the parties might not be placed in the same virtual meeting room in an effort to keep the focus on the resolution.

2. AFTER CONFIRMING

After you have confirmed your appointment for mediation, you will receive an email invite with a Zoom link from Bespoke Mediation Group, LLC.

We will provide a unique meeting ID that will be required to join a Zoom meeting.

4. END OF MEDIATION

If a resolution is reached, the agreed upon items will be reviewed for approval by both parties and a Mediated Agreement will be created. The plaintiff can follow the directions specified on their Superior Court's website to submit the Mediated Agreement to the court.

If both parties do not agree to a resolution in mediation, your dispute will continue to move forward in the litigation process.
